If you ever feel like Alice,

Tumbling down the rabbit hole,

Brace yourself, tuck and roll,

Every great tale comes with a fall.

When the chequered floor breaks you

And you begin to awaken,

Confused and bewildered,

Lost and forsaken,

The white rabbit will be with you.

Not in front, nor behind,

But as the guiding light within you.

Your sacred journey inward,

A labyrinth it will be.

Strange creatures in the darkness

We'll soon begin to see.

Speaking in riddles they will,

To you and to me.

Some will seem like friends,

Some will seem like foes.

Whatever they may say,

They are all your helpers one way or another,

All in their own most curious way.

The journey may not be simple.

The journey may not be easy.

But as we journey inward

To the center of your being,

The heart of your labyrinth

Will eventually be seen.

There we will sit

Pouring tea and conversing,

With those riddlers and poets

Realizing the fable.

Acknowledging we all

Have a place at the table.

Then when you're ready,

When your time has come,

You will resurface,

Transformed and renewed,

A more wise and more true

More authentic you.

Its the greatest gift you're here to give,

The you that has always been trying to live.

For as below the surface

So it is above,

At the heart of it all

Is a crying out for love.

For connection and for freedom

And everything in-between,

All longs for something.

All longs for more.

All is the great seeker

And it is here to explore.

So may the things your soul seeks for,

On it's quest upon it's path,

Come closer and draw nearer,

To finding you where you are.

May the rising sun shine kindly upon your brow, while the winds of time blow firmly upon your back,

Until the arms of destiny carry us off to dance with stars once more my good friends.
